Nothing extremely out of the ordinary. Like most, I'm married with children. I graduated from Marshall Univ. and went back to Welch to teach and then met my husband. He is a state trooper and was stationed at the Welch detachment. We met in 1992 and married in 1994. He was offered a transfer to Beckley in 1995 and we moved shortly thereafter. Since then, we have had two beautiful girls and built a house. Greg is the detachment commander at the Beckley detachment and I am teaching at our youngest daughter's school as a reading interventionist. Our girls are now ages 11 and 6.
Five years ago, Greg and his brother and sister entered a local country music contest. They won 1st place and, since then, have been discovered by Dale Morris management (he manages Kenny Chesney, Gretchen Wilson, Big and Rich, Alabama, etc.) It has been a long, slow process but they now have a national release that is quickly climbing on many country charts, including Music Row.
